Welcome to ktzr.io ("קצר"). These terms are deliberately written in plain language - if anything is unclear, write to us at [support@ktzr.io].

The service

ktzr.io lets you create short links on the ktzr.io domain, attach QR codes to them, organize them with tags, and track clicks — through the app or the API.

Your account

• You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to your account and your API keys safe.
• The free tier has quotas and rate limits, detailed on the pricing page. We may update them.
• You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. Deletion removes your account data (see the privacy policy).

Acceptable use

You must not use ktzr.io to link to, or distribute:

• malware, phishing, or fraud of any kind;
• illegal content, or content that violates the rights of others;
• spam — including automated, mass creation of links to circumvent limits;
• impersonation of another person or organization.

Every destination is automatically checked against Google Web Risk at creation and rescanned daily. We may disable a violating link (it will answer 410) and suspend accounts that violate these terms — in severe cases without prior notice.

Deleted links

A link that was deleted — by you or by us — answers 410, and its short address is never assigned again.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service fast and available, but it is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for the content of the destination addresses links point to.

Changes to these terms

When we update the terms, we update the version number at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
